The jumpering which needs to be done is not on the framebuffer, but in the
monitor.  Sun-2s put out TTL level signals; Sun-3s put out ECL level.  Some
monitors will support either, and there should be a jumper in the monitor
chassis somewhere which enables ECL level inputs.  However, I've never done it,
not do I have information on what jumper or switch exactly needs to be changed.
