Now I have another question. I have a 4/110 with 4.1.1. on tape and a Wyse terminal hooked up to serial port A and set-up as the console device in the monitor (Color monitor has not arrived yet :( Now, when I am talking to the monitor, everything is fine with the terminal, what I type makes it to the screen and back as it was sent. Running the keyboard test from the extended diags on the monitor showed everything to be working fine. Now, when I boot from tape (4.1.1), everything prints out fine (interupts, sizing, etc.) but the minute it woul be prompting me for input, everything comes out scrambled. It looks like some combination of baud/word size problems, but I have tried every baud setting on the Wyse w/o success. Anybody have any ideas on this one? Please e-mail your replies. It is rectified if I set my Wyse-60 to emulate a VT-100 (same comm settings that were giving me problems under native Wy-60 mode - go figure. Anyway, the problem is solved.
