Just this part is doable, but I want to be able to use a visual editor (e.g. 'vi') on the remote machine and have it behave sanely. Is there something I should do with the termcaps, or stty, on the local or remote machine to get the desired behaviour? Most of the remote machines I access don't (yet) have Sun termcaps. Thanks... -- __________________________________________________________________________ Kevin Cosgrove orstcs.UUCP!cathouse!kevinc OSU EE Senior tektronix!ogicse!orstcs!cathouse!kevinc (503) 758-7465 kevinc%cathouse.uucp@CS.ORST.EDU __________________________________________________________________________ ------------------------------ End of Suns-at-Home Digest ******************************
