System:
	Sun386i/150, 8Mb RAM
	155Mb Wren III - full-height SCSI disk

I'm experiencing these types of errors (LOTS of them)

sd2a:  write recoverable, blk 116  (abs blk 116)
       sense key(0x1): soft error, error code(0x3): write fault
sd2a:  write recoverable, blk 1136  (abs blk 1136)
       sense key(0x1): soft error, error code(0x3): write fault
sd2b:  write recoverable, blk 4953  (abs blk 61023)
       sense key(0x1): soft error, error code(0x3): write fault
sd2h:  write recoverable, blk 146744  (abs blk 234314)
       sense key(0x1): soft error, error code(0x3): write fault
sd2b:  write recoverable, blk 3922  (abs blk 3922)
       sense key(0x1): soft error, error code(0x3): write fault

I'm not totally convinced the disk is bad because when I write/read a file, I
get lots of these messages spewing onto the console, but the files *appear*
to be unharmed.  I think it may be the controller, but I'm not sure how to
check JUST the controller out.  This is a home machine, so I don't have access
to spare parts to swap in and out.  Any suggestions?  I would also like to get
suggestions on who could fix this at a reasonable price.
