Isn't there a (Forth) PROM monitor command that sets the speed?

I have a 3/60, a SS-1+ and a SS-2 in the basement, but none have had
power since May, 2000.  I did work on some Solaris boxes up to about 2006
or 2007, though, but my memory of this is pretty vague.  Maybe an
eeprom command??
