This document is sufficiently out of print that Sun no longer has any record of it, and TI (who manufactured the TMS390Z50 SuperSPARC) only has a record of it as "unavailable". It's possible that it was on a CD distributed with early SPARCstations, as a PostScript file. Does anybody have a copy?
