Hi Ben... actually its in my bedroom (I have an apt).... its really  
NOT that loud... quieter than my E450 actually.. .and you are  
correct.. it does draw some power.... but I would expect that with 6  
cpu's and that much memory.

Probably become a problem in the summer when it warms up around here..:)
