Hey all,
I'm just wondering if anyone knows how to stop the Sun PCi card from
Kernel Panicing on Solaris 10. Obviously, it's the version 1 card.
I've got the thing booting using the trick of copying the Solaris 8
drives to be Solaris 10 ones, but in the process of installing
Windows 2000 Professional eventually it gets to a point where the
machine kernel panics. From my dim dim memory, this is when it loads
some sort of graphics driver?
If so, presumably using external video would help? or stopping 2000
from changing the drivers?
Any thoughts are welcome. :-)
Many thanks,
Eric.
