Hmm, don't have anything quite as old as a SPARCstation 1, but if you
are interested in a SS5 and are willing to pick it up in the SF Bay Area,
let me know.
Also, you might want to look around at used Sun hardware sites. A couple
I can think of off the top of my head are:
http://www.workstation.net/ (Atlanta)
http://www.compsyscon.com/ (New Jersey)
Definitely check out Usenet newsgroups, such as
misc.forsale.computers.workstation. Also places like comp.sys.sun.hardware
might be worth a look, but it's not really a "marketplace" newsgroup.
Unless you *need* Solaris, you're much better off with *BSD anyhow. And,
Solaris 8 doesn't support sun4c.

help some others)
