Seriously though, it has always worked fine at all times of day for
me.  I just click on the appropriate links, dunno if that makes it do
ftp or http downloads. This is with Netscape 4.08 on Solaris 7, both
dialup and on leased line. (Watch out for Netscape's tiresome habit of
removing the .gz without unzipping the file(s).)

As for getting the files from somewhere else, remember that google
is your friend; www.google.com.
